Hello! I’m Aneta Maria.
I’m a Holistic Health Coach trained by the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
I empower people to take control of their health and to be the best versions of themselves through adopting a healthy, wholesome diet and lifestyle changes.
As a Holistic Health Coach I will be your mentor, cheerleader, and support on your journey to achieve your best health and wellness goals through helping you make small but consistent and sustainable changes.
I work with clients on 1 : 1 basis online or in person when possible.
My Path to Health Coaching
I’m a wife and a mum of three teenagers. My family health problems and struggles over the years taught me that allopathic medicine centred around treating the symptoms was not the answer. This led me to a lot of research where I learnt how we can support our bodies and that getting to the root causes is crucial.
This path brought me to health coaching. I’m passionate about holistic living with no restrictions and coaching people to better health.
I love cooking with fresh, wholesome foods and creating new recipes. I’m also trained in vegan nutrition.
I love travelling, visiting new cultures, traditions and cuisines. I like to stay active, I’m a Taekwondo Black Belt and competed at national level. I’m a keen yogi and nature lover.
