My Approach

The recommendations for living a healthy life are seemingly simple:

“Eat well and exercise”, but when we lead a busy life, with often best intentions, it doesn’t work out how we imagine it. My approach is totally client led.

I take into account my client’s dietary needs, mental health, stress levels, schedules, relationships and lifestyle.

Together we create your personal toolkit to help you achieve your health and wellness goals that fit in your life and your schedule. As a Holistic Health Coach I address the “whole person”. I believe that the body can heal itself given the right tools and the environment.

Holistic health emphasises disease prevention and getting to the root causes rather than only treating physical symptoms. My bespoke programs are tailored to my client’s needs and they are focused around 5 pillars.
